All Shipping Returns Must Be Pre-Approved

 

REPLACEMENTS: Despite our best efforts, unfortunately occasionally items become damaged during shipment. Or human error is made with incorrect items being shipped. We apologize for this. We understand it is frustrating to you, as it is also to us as these are added product and shipping expenses we incur. However, we are happy to send replacements to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Please fill out the form below. After the placement request is approved we will send replacements out within 3 business days.


REFUNDS: New, unused items can be returned within 30 days. Refunds must first be approved by us to be accepted. Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition. If you chose to return your products we do not cover the shipping back to us, nor do we reimburse for the original shipping cost. To request a refund please contact us via email. We will send you a form to fill out. Once that form is received and your refund is approved we will email you a mailing address to return the products. Once the item(s) are returned in new, re-sellable condition we will issue the refund.
